Welcome to Forr3nt.com! A dating-style rental platform designed to make better connections between tenants and great landlords. Because finding something to commit to shouldn't feel like a bad first date, Forr3nt.com was started the same way many great things do: two frustrated landlords, three (or more) Spotted Cows, and one big idea. These La Crosse locals had been on both sides of the rental scene. As renters, they were constantly juggling clunky and outdated listings. As landlords, they were drowning in duplicate posts, missed connections, and endless DMs from “interested” tenants who never followed through. So they said enough!
They Agree on 3 Non-Negotiable:
1. Renters should be able to find legit places on their phones - fast, easy, and with no red flags.
2. Landlords deserve a simple way to post their listing, upload photos, and get matched with the “Perfect 10” tenants.
3. Bullet-pointed lists are the bomb. Especially when there are 3 and ONLY 3 points to them.
